EYRO website and release-access privacy

CAWOSH LTD is responsible for personal information submitted through the EYRO release-access form. This notice covers the website form and optional email marketing choice. For the wider desktop product and licence data flows, see EYRO privacy architecture.
Release-access request
We collect the email address you enter, the date and time of submission, the form source, and the version of the release-access terms you accepted. A hidden anti-bot field and proportionate rate limits protect the form. We use the address and record to manage access to the free public installer. The download button appears only after the record is saved; the free-download form does not send an email. We do not collect dictated audio, transcripts or notes through this form. Taking this step at your request is our basis for providing download access, and our legitimate interest in protecting the form is the basis for anti-abuse checks.
Optional marketing
The separate, unticked checkbox lets you consent to occasional EYRO and other CAWOSH product news, offers, and invitations to give feedback. We record your choice, the exact wording version and submission time. An unticked box or acceptance of download terms is not marketing permission. Marketing messages must identify CAWOSH and offer an unsubscribe method. You may withdraw permission at any time using that method or by emailing info@cawosh.com; withdrawal does not affect download access. Consent is our basis for this optional use.
Providers and retention
Vercel hosts the website and processes ordinary request, security and diagnostic data. Cloudflare hosts the release-access service and database. GitHub hosts the public installer release. These providers may process information outside the UK under applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. CAWOSH reviews download-access records after 24 months and removes those no longer needed; the form does not delete them automatically. We keep a minimal record of marketing permission or withdrawal as needed to respect that choice and demonstrate compliance. We do not sell the list or use dictated content for advertising. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact info@cawosh.com. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent authority where applicable.
