Cancellations and refunds

Our 14-day guarantee

In addition to any rights the law gives you, CAWOSH offers a full refund of the initial paid licence purchase if you request cancellation within 14 calendar days after the completed purchase. A clear request made within that period is enough; a missing or unavailable in-app button does not take away the guarantee.

How to request it

Use EYRO's in-app cancellation option when available, email info@cawosh.com, or contact Paddle buyer support. Include your purchase or transaction reference and the email used at checkout so we can identify the order. Please do not send your full licence key in an ordinary support email.

We will approve an eligible request and arrange the refund through Paddle. A cancellation request, a cancelled licence, and a completed payment refund are distinct stages; we will not describe the money as returned until Paddle has processed the refund. Cancelling paid access does not delete your locally stored notes or dictated content.

Your legal rights

The 14-day guarantee does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Digital-download withdrawal rules can vary by country. Where applicable law requires express consent and acknowledgement before immediate supply can affect a statutory withdrawal right, merely accepting EYRO's EULA does not provide that consent. Mandatory rights in your country prevail over any conflicting term here.
